Refund Policy

All returns must be initiated with 15 days of the receipt of the merchandise that was purchased, and accompanied by the original receipt.  Additionally, all original garment tags must be affixed to the merchandise, and as well the merchandise must be unused and unworn.

 

Store credit will be issued after 15 days.  No returns on any items after 30 days.  No returns on Sale merchandise.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipping items being returned.  Please return all items to:

After receiving the item/s returned, Victoria Marie’s will email an acknowledgment that we have received the returned merchandise.  Victoria Marie’s will process any/all refunds as expeditiously as possible, but please allow a couple of days for the credit to appear in your bank. The refund will be processed against the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We have extended our return policy to allow more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts.  Purchases made between November 1st - December 31st 2024 may be returned through January 15th, 2025.
