HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 11th 2025 and December 31st 2025 that meet our return requirements may be returned through January 15th 2026.

All returns must be initiated with 15 days of the receipt of the merchandise that was purchased, and accompanied by the original receipt. 

Store credit will be issued after 15 days.  No returns on any items after 30 days.  No returns on Sale merchandise.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• all original garment tags must be affixed to the merchandise exactly as it was received.
• The merchandise must be unused and unworn
• It will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipping items being returned.  Please return all items to:

After receiving the item/s returned, Victoria Marie’s will email an acknowledgment that we have received the returned merchandise.  Victoria Marie’s will process any/all refunds as expeditiously as possible, but please allow a couple of days for the credit to appear in your bank. The refund will be processed against the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.
